Application

Students applying for the seminar are required:

  • to send a motivation letter and/or a tentative research proposal
  • to send a recent curriculum vitae indicating experience and/or training in Translation Studies
  • to fill in the application form and send everything to emuni.info@ff.uni-lj.si

The application deadline is 31 March; students are notified by 24 April.

Fees cover:

  1. a) participation at the seminars and lectures
  2. b) course materials
  3. c) access to computer facilities

 

The fee does not cover travel expenses. The organizers will help with the accommodation at the EMUNI headquarters.

The expected maximum costs for students for 14 days (registration + tuition + accommodation + full board) is 1030 eur.

All students, but in particular students from the non-EU countries of Union for the Mediterranean, are eligible for grants. If you would like to apply for the grant, please, indicate that in the application form.

EMUNI shall provide grants for minimum 3 students coming from non-EU countries of the UfM and shall cover accommodation and meals. The real costs will be covered, but not more than 600 EUR (in total). More information on the EMUNI grants shall be published in February. We shall also apply for additional grants from the Slovenian Ministry of Education, and the details about the grant for all students (i.e. from EU and non-EU countries) covering the tuition fee shall be published by the end of March.
